The phone file: three packs

This is our main offer. Bigger packs cost less per record.

PackRecordsPricePer record Order this pack
3,000 $375 12.5¢ Order this pack
6,000 $600 10¢ Order this pack
20,000 $1,000 5¢ Order this pack

The Master Order is 20,000 records for $1,000, or $0.05 per lead.

The Starter Pack is the test order: 3,000 records for $375, enough to try the file on your own phones.

Liked your Starter Pack? Within 30 days of delivery, pay $625 more and we send 17,000 more records with the same sectors and states. That makes 20,000 records for $1,000, the Master Order price.

  • These are aged leads: 1 to 3 years from the investor's last known qualification.
  • Every phone number is checked before delivery (see the sample record below).
  • Each record also carries an email address, included as-is and not verified.
  • To check the emails too, add $0.07 per record. The same-day check confirms each address is current and can receive mail.
  • On a 3,000-record Starter Pack, the check adds $210. On a 20,000-record Master Order, it adds $1,400.
  • Sector and state picks are included in the price.
  • Want a count between packs? Name any number from 3,000 to 20,000. You pay the per-record rate of the biggest pack your count reaches, and never more than the next pack up. For example, $750 buys 7,500 records at 10¢. From 10,000 records up, the Master Order is the better buy.
  • Need more than 20,000 records? Custom pricing and volume discounts are available. Contact us for details.

The phone file works as cold call leads for a phone room, or as telemarketing leads in a dialer. For bulk leads, the Master Order is the pick.

Have more than one caller? When you order, ask in the notes, and we split your order into separate Excel files: one per caller, or any size you need. There is no extra cost.

The email file

For brokers who reach investors by email. It is the Email List line in the sector list below.

Order this pack
  • Pick any sector, the same as on the phone file. Real Estate email records are one example.
  • Each record also carries a phone number. On the email file, the phone is not verified.
  • 3 for 1 on the email file covers a bounced email on any record where you bought the $0.12 check.

Recently Confirmed: a newer phone call, a higher price

Recently Confirmed is a smaller lane for buyers who want a newer phone call and will pay for it.

A U.S.-based call room makes outbound calls every day to investors a broker already qualified. Callers re-confirm the record, confirm the investor is accredited, and confirm they are open to looking at a new offering. These are not generic survey calls to random people.

Days since last phone confirmationPrice per recordSmallest order
1-5 days$1038 ($380)
6-14 days$847 ($376)
15-30 days$6.5058 ($377)
31-60 days$494 ($376)
61-90 days$2188 ($376)
91-120 days$1375 ($375)
121-180 days$0.45834 ($375.30)
181-365 days$0.201,875 ($375)

Pick Recently Confirmed records by sector. The same terms apply: 3 for 1, the 45-day hold, same-day delivery once paid and the $375 minimum.

To check the emails too, add $0.07 per record, the same as on the phone file.

The Smallest order column is for an order of Recently Confirmed records only. Mixed with other files in one order, any count works once the order reaches $375.

On Recently Confirmed, an investor who says on your call that they do not meet the SEC accredited qualification counts as a bad record.

What one record looks like

Every file has these 8 columns. This row is made up, not a real person.

One made-up record in the 8-column Excel layout.

How the phone column is checked

Before a phone file goes out, disconnected numbers are taken out.

A reverse lookup then confirms each number still belongs to the named investor. Reassigned numbers come out too.

The file is an Excel sheet, ready for your dialer.

Where the records come from, and why they cost this little

The SEC accredited qualification, in short

  • Net worth over $1 million, not counting the primary residence, alone or with a spouse or spousal equivalent.
  • Or income over $200,000 ($300,000 with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the last two years, with the same expected this year.
  • Or a Series 7, 65 or 82 securities license in good standing.

The full wording is on the SEC's accredited investor page.

Why the price is low

  • Phone file records are 1 to 3 years from the investor's last known qualification, sold in volume. That keeps the price per record low.
  • Older records can still be clean records. Every number is checked before delivery, so the contact data you dial is current.
  • What these records have not had is a recent phone call. That call is what Recently Confirmed pays for.
  • For a phone room that dials all day, that trade can be a good deal.

Terms on every order

These apply to the phone file, the email file and Recently Confirmed.

  • Minimum order: $375. You can split it across files, for example email file records plus a few Recently Confirmed records in one order.
  • 45-day hold: The list is yours alone for 45 days. We never oversell.
  • Same-day delivery: by email, once the invoice is paid.
  • Payment: we email you an invoice. Pay by card, ACH, wire or check.
  • Standing order: get a file on a set schedule, at least once a month, and pay 10% less. You save a payment method in our invoicing system, and each file is paid for automatically. Same pack, sectors and states each time. Stop any time.
  • Same again: reply "same again" to your delivery email, and we invoice the same pack, sectors and states. Records we sent you before are left out.
  • Names you already have: reply to your invoice email with the list, and we leave them out. Phone numbers are enough.

Bad record? You get three back.

Any bad record is replaced 3 for 1.

  • On the phone file and Recently Confirmed, a record counts as bad if the number is disconnected or reaches the wrong person. A bounced email counts too, on records where you paid for the email check.
  • On Recently Confirmed, an investor who tells you on the call that they do not meet the SEC accredited qualification also counts as a bad record. "Not accredited" means the investor does not meet the SEC qualification. An investor who says they are not liquid or have no money to invest right now is not a bad record.
  • On the email file, a bounced email is replaced on records where you bought the email check. That file's phones are not verified, and unchecked emails come as-is, so 3 for 1 does not cover those.
  • Report bad records within 30 days of delivery. Email the bad rows to sales@investorleadconnection.com with a note on each saying what was wrong.
  • Replacements go out within 1 business day.
  • There are no cash refunds, and we do not promise sales or results.

Ten sectors to pick from

Sector picks work the same on the phone file, the email file and Recently Confirmed.

  • General Accredited. For private placement investors and offerings that do not fit one sector: private equity and private credit funds, note and fixed income offerings, legal funding, business acquisition funds and other alternatives.

  • Real Estate. For syndicators and funds that need to find investors for real estate.

  • Stock Market. Stock leads for brokers and placement firms selling public shares, IPOs and pre-IPO offerings.

  • Penny Stocks. Penny stock leads for small-cap and low-priced share offerings.

  • Oil & Gas. Oil and gas leads for drilling and working interest programs, operator partnerships, producing fields, mineral rights and royalties.

  • Crypto. For crypto offerings, such as bitcoin mining and staking projects.

  • Precious Metals. Precious metals leads for gold and silver sellers, bullion desks and gold IRA or self-directed IRA offerings.

  • Coins. Coin leads for dealers selling bullion coins, graded coins and collectible coins.

  • Movies. A list of film investors for movie and entertainment projects.

  • Email List. The email file: an investors email list from $0.05 per record, in any sector.
