Privacy policy

The site has three forms. Each one collects only what you type in.

• Order form: your name, email and phone, plus the file type, pack or record count, sectors and states you pick.
• Contact form: your name, email, phone and message.
• Price-guide pop-up: your name and email, plus your phone if you choose to add it.

The order form also saves anything you add in its optional boxes, and the ad or web page that brought you to the site.

The site also records basic visit data through four tags. All four are covered below.

We use your details to answer your question, send your invoice and deliver your file.

If you ask for the price guide, we email it to you.

After any request, including a price-guide request, we may follow up by email. If you gave us a phone number, we may also call you.

This site runs four tags. They use cookies or similar technology.

Google Tag Manager loads other tags. Today it loads Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, the Meta pixel and CallRail.

Google Analytics 4 counts visits and shows which pages people read.

Google Ads and the Meta pixel are advertising tags. They let us show ads on Google and Meta to people who have visited this site, and measure how those ads do.

CallRail is a call tracking tag. It can show a tracking number in place of our phone number, and it can record what is sent through the site's forms.

Google AdSense is an advertising tag. It lets Google show ads on this site and use cookies to choose them.

The LinkedIn Insight tag is an advertising tag. It lets us show ads on that network to people who have visited this site.

Customers.ai is a visitor identification tag. It tries to match a visit to a named person, even when no form is sent.

The companies behind these tags handle that data under their own privacy policies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

We never sell, rent or trade the details you send through this site.

We never add them to the lead files we sell.

We share them only with the services that run this site and our email, or when the law requires it.

We keep form messages until you ask us to delete them.

We take sensible steps to protect what you send. No website can promise perfect security.

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email sales@investorleadconnection.com. We delete it on request, except records the law says we must keep.

To stop emails or calls from us, say so on the call, reply to any email, or write to the same address.

This site is for business buyers. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details.

We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
