What is the cost per lead for your investor leads?
The cost per lead depends on which file you buy. Investor Lead Connection sells three: the phone file, the email file and Recently Confirmed.
The phone file comes in three budget packs. The bigger the pack, the lower the price per record.
| Pack | Records | Price | Per record |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter Pack (test order) | 3,000 | $375 | 12.5¢ |
| Standard Order | 6,000 | $600 | 10¢ |
| Master Order | 20,000 | $1,000 | 5¢ |
The Master Order is 20,000 records for $1,000, or $0.05 per lead. An email check on a phone file adds $0.07 per record. Need more than 20,000 records? Custom pricing and volume discounts are available. Contact us for details.
The email file costs $0.05 per record with the email as-is. With a same-day email check, it costs $0.12 per record. You can pick it by any sector.
Recently Confirmed is priced by how many days ago the investor last confirmed by phone.
| Days since last phone confirmation | Price per record | Smallest order |
|---|---|---|
| 1-5 days | $10 | 38 ($380) |
| 6-14 days | $8 | 47 ($376) |
| 15-30 days | $6.50 | 58 ($377) |
| 31-60 days | $4 | 94 ($376) |
| 61-90 days | $2 | 188 ($376) |
| 91-120 days | $1 | 375 ($375) |
| 121-180 days | $0.45 | 834 ($375.30) |
| 181-365 days | $0.20 | 1,875 ($375) |
A Recently Confirmed record costs $10 at 1-5 days since the last phone confirmation, and $0.20 at 181-365 days. The email check can be added to Recently Confirmed records for $0.07 per record.
Sector and state picks are included in every price.
How old are the records, and do the phone numbers still work?
Phone file records are 1 to 3 years from the investor's last known qualification. They are aged leads, and the price reflects that.
Every phone number is checked before the file goes out:
- Disconnected numbers are removed.
- A reverse lookup confirms the number still belongs to the investor named on the record.
- Numbers now assigned to someone else are removed.
So the records are older, but the contact data is clean and current. If a bad number slips through, 3 for 1 covers it.
Recently Confirmed records are aged by days since the investor last confirmed by phone, from 1-5 days to 181-365 days.
Which file should I buy?
Pick by how you reach investors. The difference is which contact detail we check.
The phone file is built for calling. Its phone numbers are checked for disconnects and matched to the investor by reverse lookup. The email address comes as-is and is not verified.
Most records include a mailing address and an email. Ask if you need either one on every record.
You can add an email check to a phone file for $0.07 per record. It is a same-day check that each email is current and can receive mail. On a 3,000-record Starter Pack, the check adds $210. On a 20,000-record Master Order, it adds $1,400.
The email file is built for email. It is the Email List sector: an investors email list at $0.05 per record as-is, or $0.12 per record with the same-day email check.
You can also pick the email file by any other sector, such as Real Estate email records.
Want a recent phone call on each record? Pick Recently Confirmed, from $0.20 to $10 per record.
Each email file record also carries a phone number, but that phone is not verified. On the email file, 3 for 1 replaces a bounced email on records where you bought the email check.
Choose the file type on the order form.
Where do the names on these lists come from?
Each record starts with an investor who heard a broker pitch an investment. The investor then asked to see the offering papers.
Every investor was qualified by phone and verbally confirmed they meet the SEC accredited qualification.
These are not modeled lists that guess at wealth. They are not scraped from websites or pulled from bulk consumer or business files.
How do I know these are not junk leads?
Test the file before you trust it. Start with the $375 Starter Pack and call it.
Every phone was checked before delivery: disconnected numbers out, and a reverse lookup matches each number to the investor named.
Report a disconnected number or wrong person within 30 days and you get three records back, sent within 1 business day. The list is yours alone for 45 days.
If the file works, order more.
Is there a minimum order, and can I start small?
The minimum is $375 on every order. That goes for the phone file, the email file and Recently Confirmed.
You can split the minimum across files. For example, email file records plus a few Recently Confirmed records in one order.
On the phone file, $375 buys the Starter Pack: 3,000 records at 12.5¢ each. That is our test order.
3,000 records is enough for a small desk to see how the file works on its own phones.
On the email file, $375 buys 7,500 records with the email as-is, or 3,125 records with the email check.
The Starter Pack gets the same terms as the bigger packs, including sector and state picks.
If you are raising money in the millions, $375 is a fair price to test a new source.
How many records does my budget buy?
$375 buys 3,000 phone file records, or 7,500 email file records as-is, or 3,125 with the email check.
$600 buys 6,000 phone file records, and $750 buys 7,500. $1,000 buys 20,000, which is $0.05 per lead.
On Recently Confirmed, the smallest order is 38 records at 1-5 days ($380), or 1,875 at 181-365 days ($375). The Smallest order column in the cost per lead answer shows every band.
Need more than 20,000 records? Custom pricing and volume discounts are available. Contact us for details.
How do I order, and when does the file arrive?
Send the order form, call 903-251-4768 or email sales@
We email you an invoice. You can pay it by card, ACH, wire or check.
Once the invoice is paid, the file goes out by email the same day.
It is an Excel file, dialer ready. Each row is one investor, in eight columns: First Name, Last Name, Phone, Address, City, State, Zip and Email.
Here is the layout with one made-up row. It is not a real person.
| First Name | Last Name | Phone | Address | City | State | Zip | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Michael | Smith | 2145550111 | 123 Main | Dallas | TX | 75225 | [email protected] |
File not here by the end of the day? Check your spam folder, then call 903-251-4768.
How do I order the same file again?
Reply "same again" to your delivery email. We invoice the same pack, sectors and states, and leave out records we sent you before.
Are the leads exclusive, and for how long?
The list is yours alone for 45 days, starting the day the file is delivered. That is the 45-day hold.
The hold comes with every order: phone file, email file and Recently Confirmed. We never oversell.
Will a new order repeat investors I already have?
Records we sent you before are left out of every new order.
Want names you already have left out too? Reply to your invoice email with the list. Phone numbers are enough.
Who are accredited investors, and is everyone on your list accredited?
Accredited investors are people who may buy into certain private offerings that are not registered with the SEC.
A person counts as an accredited investor if any one of these is true:
- Net worth over $1 million, not counting the primary residence, alone or with a spouse or spousal equivalent.
- Income over $200,000 ($300,000 with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the last two years, with the same expected this year.
- Holds a Series 7, 65 or 82 securities license in good standing.
The full wording is on the SEC's accredited investor page.
Every investor in our files was qualified by phone and verbally confirmed they meet this qualification. That is a spoken check on a call. It is not a review of tax returns or bank statements.
Do you check how much money they have? No. The file gives contact details, not account balances. The SEC accredited qualification is how the investor was qualified.
The company raising the money confirms investor status under the rules for its own offering.
Why is the price so low?
The packs are older records, sold in volume. Each record is 1 to 3 years from the investor's last known qualification, and that age is what brings the price down.
Older does not mean messy. Every phone number is checked before delivery, so the numbers you dial match the investors named in your file.
What these records have not had is a fresh phone call. That call takes a caller's time, and it is what the Recently Confirmed price pays for.
So the packs are a good deal on clean, older records. Recently Confirmed is there when you want a newer conversation and are happy to pay more for it.
Will the investors remember asking for offering papers?
Some will. Many will not. On the phone file, the qualifying call was 1 to 3 years ago.
Treat each call as a cold call to someone who has looked at private offerings before. Open with your name, your company and your offering. Never say they spoke with you before.
If you want a recent phone call on each record, pick Recently Confirmed.
Will the investors pick up?
Not all of them, and not on the first call. Plan to call each record more than once, at different times of day.
A number that rings out or goes to voicemail is not a bad record. A disconnected number or the wrong person is, and you get three records back for each one.
What counts as a bad record, and what do I get back?
You get three records back for every bad one. We call it 3 for 1, and it covers the contact details we check.
On the phone file and Recently Confirmed, a bad record is one of these:
- A disconnected number.
- The wrong person.
- A bounced email, on a record where you paid for the email check.
On the email file, a bad record is a bounced email on a record where you paid for the $0.12 email check.
On Recently Confirmed, an investor who tells you on the call that they do not meet the SEC accredited qualification also counts as a bad record. "Not accredited" means the investor does not meet the SEC qualification. An investor who says they are not liquid or have no money to invest right now is not a bad record.
Two details are sold as-is and are not replaced: the phone on an email file record, and any email bought without the check. The email check is $0.12 per record on the email file, or a $0.07 add-on to a phone file or Recently Confirmed order.
To claim, email the bad rows to sales@
Replacements go out within 1 business day.
There are no cash refunds, and we do not promise sales or results. An investor who says no on the call is not a bad record.
What if a file works less well than my last one?
Results change from file to file. We replace bad records 3 for 1, but not low results.
If a file is slow, tell us what you are offering. Your next order can switch sectors or states, or move to Recently Confirmed for a recent phone call on each record.
What results can I expect?
That depends on your offering, your pitch and how many times you call each record. We do not promise sales or results.
Each record is an accredited investor who is active in investments. We make both as accurate as we can on our end.
What comes with every order is set: checked phones, 3 for 1 on bad records and the 45-day hold. Track results by list, then buy more of what works.
What do the sector tags mean, and can I pick sectors and states?
A sector tag shows the type of offering the investor asked about. It can also reflect what they told our callers they have invested in or want to look at.
You pick sectors and states when you order. List the states you want, or the states to leave out. Both are included in the price. Sector picks work the same on the phone file, the email file and Recently Confirmed.
The ten sectors are General Accredited, Real Estate, Stock Market, Penny Stocks, Oil & Gas, Crypto, Precious Metals, Coins, Movies and Email List.
Every sector holds enough records to fill a 20,000-record Master Order, and new records come in often.
More detail by sector:
- General Accredited: private placement investors.
- Real Estate: real estate investors.
- Stock Market and Penny Stocks: stock market investors.
- Oil & Gas: oil and gas investors.
- Precious Metals and Coins: coin and metals buyers.
- Crypto: crypto investors.
- Movies: movie investors.
- Email List: the email file, which you can also pick by any other sector.
What are Recently Confirmed records, and do the same terms apply?
Recently Confirmed records come from a U.S.-based call room. It makes outbound calls every day to investors a broker already qualified.
On each call, the caller re-confirms the record, confirms the investor is accredited, and confirms they are open to looking at a new offering. These are not generic survey calls to random people.
The same terms apply:
- You can pick Recently Confirmed records by sector and by state.
- The $375 minimum order applies.
- Bad records are replaced 3 for 1. A bounced email counts when you added the email check.
- The list is yours alone for 45 days.
- The file goes out by email the same day the invoice is paid.
You can also add the email check to Recently Confirmed records, at the same $0.07 per record as the phone file.
The price table is in the cost per lead answer at the top of this page. Recently Confirmed suits a buyer who wants fewer, newer names.
Do you make the calls, raise the money or fund deals?
No. Investor Lead Connection sells files of accredited investor records. You or your team make the calls and talk about your offering.
We do not fund, lend, invest in or raise money for any deal. Every order is paid up front by invoice.
Who does the DNC scrub, the seller or the buyer?
The buyer does. We do not scrub our files against any Do Not Call list before delivery.
Here is how the work splits.
Our part
- Records from investors who heard a broker's pitch, asked to see the offering papers and confirmed by phone that they are accredited.
- Phone file numbers checked before delivery: disconnects removed, and a reverse lookup to match each number to the named investor.
- A dialer-ready Excel file in eight columns, sent by email the same day it is paid for.
- Bad records replaced 3 for 1, and the list held for you alone for 45 days.
Your part
- The DNC scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry, using your own SAN. That is the access number the FTC gives you when you register.
- State calling rules, including any state do-not-call list.
- The federal calling law, the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act).
- Any screening for known litigators or serial complainers you want before you dial.
This is not legal advice. Ask your own counsel how the calling rules apply to your campaign.
Where do brokers find accredited investors to call?
If you are working out how to find accredited investors, there are three common routes.
- Your own contacts and referrals. They cost little, but they run out fast.
- Ads, seminars and events. They bring investors to you, but each contact usually costs more.
- A list of investors who already asked a broker to see offering papers. You call them. That is what we sell.
A few steps help any list work harder.
- Match the sector to your offering. An oil and gas deal should start with Oil & Gas records.
- Start with the Starter Pack and track results by list. Then buy more of what works.
- Plan for volume. Many calls go unanswered, so the price per record matters.
- Want newer conversations? Add some Recently Confirmed records to the mix.
