Private placement investors: 20,000 records for $1,000
That is 5¢ per record, for investors who asked a broker to see the offering papers.
These private placement leads come from the General Accredited sector at Investor Lead Connection. It is built for companies and brokers raising money through private offerings.
- Once the invoice is paid, the Excel file reaches your inbox that same day.
Test orders start at 3,000 records for $375.
An accredited investor list for private offerings
The private placement investors in this file each heard a broker pitch an investment, then asked to see the offering papers.
- Each one was screened on a phone call and gave a verbal yes to the SEC accredited qualification.
- The company raising the money confirms investor status under the rules for its own offering.
- The SEC sets out the qualification on its accredited investor page.
- The file holds no modeled names, scraped profiles or bulk consumer data.
Each record is tagged by sector.
The tag reflects the kind of offering the investor asked about. Our callers also ask investors what they have backed or would look at, and that answer can set the tag too.
It alone holds enough records for a 20,000-record Master Order, with new ones arriving often.
What each row holds
You get one Excel sheet, dialer ready, with eight columns. This row is made up.
| First Name | Last Name | Phone | Address | City | State | Zip | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pat | Sample | 3035550158 | 123 Main | Boulder | CO | 80302 | [email protected] |
- Every phone file record here is 1 to 3 years from the investor's last known qualification.
Each phone number is tested before the file goes out.
Numbers that are disconnected get cut. A reverse lookup then removes any number now assigned to someone other than the named investor.
It is $0.07 more per record, and the same-day check confirms each address is current and can receive mail.

Prefer email?
The email file is $0.05 a record with emails as-is, or $0.12 a record with a same-day check on each email. You can tick General Accredited on the email file too. The phones on that file are not verified, so its 3 for 1 applies to bounced emails on checked records.
Want investors who spoke to a caller recently?
Recently Confirmed records are available for General Accredited as well. The price runs from $0.20 to $10 a record, based on days since the last phone confirmation. You can also add the email check for $0.07 more per record. They come with 3 for 1, the 45-day hold and same-day delivery, just like the phone file.
Bad-record swaps and the 45-day hold
We replace any bad record three for one.
On the phone file and Recently Confirmed, disconnected numbers and numbers that reach the wrong person both count as bad.
A bounced email counts only on records bought with the email check. Unchecked emails are sold as-is.
On the email file, the swap covers bounced emails on checked records, since its phones are not verified.
- To claim, send the bad rows to sales@
investorleadconnection.com no more than 30 days after delivery, noting what was wrong with each. - Your replacements follow within 1 business day.
- No cash refunds are given, and we do not promise any sales or results.
We never oversell.
Three questions before you order
My deal is not real estate or oil. Which sector do I tick?
Tick General Accredited. It covers offerings that do not fit a named sector, such as private equity and credit funds, note offerings and legal funding. It also suits buyers who just want active investors with capital who are open to an offer, with no set sector. The tag shows what the investor asked about or told our callers. If your deal sits between two sectors, tick both. The price is the same.
How can private placement leads cost a few cents each?
The price reflects age and volume. At 1 to 3 years from the investor's last known qualification, these records sell in large numbers. The phone numbers are screened before the file goes out, so you dial clean contact data. A recent call is the one thing they lack, and Recently Confirmed is how you pay for it. For a desk that dials all day, it is a good buy.
Can I start small before a 20,000-record order?
Yes. The Starter Pack is 3,000 records for $375, the minimum order. It gets the same terms as the larger packs.
